Returns

Received Defective Products:

Our customer service department must be notified of defective products within 5 days of receipt. Please call or e-mail customer service to obtain an RMA. The defective product should then be returned immediately (with the RMA) and an order for a replacement item should be arranged with a customer service representative. We will pay the shipping cost associated with the replacement. If you choose to return the product without ordering a replacement, you will be charged a 20 % restocking fee.

Received Incorrect Products:

We double check every order. However, if you receive an incorrect item, you must notify our customer service department within 5 days of delivery by either calling or e-mailing our customer service department to obtain an RMA. You should then return the incorrect product with the RMA. Upon receipt of this product, We will send out the correct item, and pay for the shipping cost. After 5 days a 20% restocking fee will be charged and we will not pay for shipping. After 30 days we will not accept the product back.

All INCORRECT PRODUCT returns or exchanges must be in their UNOPENED ORIGINAL BOX AND OR PACKAGING.

Ordered Incorrect Products:

If you have ordered an incorrect product you must notify our customer service department within 5 days of it’s receipt to be eligible for a return. Either call or e-mail our customer service department to obtain an RMA. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the products return. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for these returns.

If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it for a different item, you must notify our customer service department within 5 days of receipt in order to be eligible for the return. You will place a separate order for the correct products and pay all shipping charges associated with this exchange. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.

Obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA)

  • Please call our customer service department at 1-800-414-8575 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address pertaining to the product.
  • Your RMA number MUST be included and shown with the return package.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
  • Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • All returned items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
  • Send the return package to the address given with your RMA.
  • The return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice. Keep the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 10-15 business days of our receipt of the returned items.
